Do you get stuck in negative, unpleasant emotions, such as deep sadness, anger, or fear?
Are you able to notice that there are parts of you that may be expressing certain behaviors, feelings or thoughts?
For example:
The part that makes you overeat when you are low
The part that feels vulnerable
The part that criticizes you (inner critic, or critical voice)
The part that believes you are worthless

Despite just being “a part of us”, on a daily basis we almost identify our whole being with these challenging states and they begin to define our life, the way we go about in the world.
When we start seeing them as parts of ourselves we can get a better understanding and better perspective on why they come up, why they are so persistent and so powerful. You may think that I am crazy but trust me when I say - all these parts want something very positive for us.
Yes, you’ve read that right! They want our attention and recognition as on a very deep level - core level - they all hold great resources and gifts. However, because most of the negative patterns were formed when we were either much younger or as a response to a painful traumatic experience, these parts got locked in the past and did not have time nor the appropriate environment to mature and express themselves appropriately. They do not know how to express their positive and useful states such as love, peace, beingness, bliss, joy, wholeness, etc.
Using the Core Transformation NLP method you can go beyond the surface level and explore what is hidden at the deepest one. This process, especially if combined later with a somatic therapies or tantric movement, actually helps our inner parts that had been either rejected, neglected, despised, disapproved of or denied an opportunity to be acknowledged and witnessed for the first time. We welcome them back home and by doing so preserve the energy it takes to maintain those divisions.
Eventually, all those parts that had “split off” integrate again with the whole of the person.
When people integrate parts that have been split, they often notice a sense of greater relaxation and relief. Even if they hadn’t been aware of the effect of the inner split before the integration, they notice as it naturally melts away. In addition, once they experience the world as a whole person, they notice how freeing it is to make choices and live a more fulfilling life.
