I’m honoured to be offering workshop at Sounds Beautiful Festival—the UK’s biggest freedom community festival, set in the stunning grounds of Gaunts House, Dorset (June 26–29, 2025). This vibrant gathering is a celebration of movement, music, and deep human connection—a space to dance wildly, laugh loudly, and return home to your truth. Among the medicine of the land, the sound, and the community, I’ll be holding space for those who feel the call to drop deeper into their bodies, their pleasure, and their power.

My offerings will centre around the theme of sovereignty—the sacred reclamation of your energy, your desires, and your joy. Through a blend of Tantric breathwork, embodiment practices, sensual movement, and conscious connection rituals, my workshops will guide you into a space where you can remember what it means to be fully alive. We’ll explore the dance of Yin and Yang, the power of asking and receiving, and the art of slow, sustainable ecstasy—where pleasure is no longer something fleeting, but a living, breathing part of your everyday embodiment.
